You are solely responsible for the content of the emails you send. MaskedSender does not monitor or endorse user messages, but may act if required by law or if misuse is detected.
MaskedSender fully cooperates with law enforcement, government authorities, and judicial requests. We may provide relevant user information, including IP addresses, technical logs, message metadata, and any information from our SMTP relay provider (retained for 30 days) if legally required.
We do not store email content permanently, and we aim to respect your privacy. However, complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed, and MaskedSender is not responsible for breaches caused by external factors.
MaskedSender and its operators are not liable for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from the use of our service, including but not limited to misuse by third parties, delivery failures, or loss of data.
